How can I fix my Masport 635 4 stroke mower that has a pull cord that won't?

Hi what I did was remove the complete housing one long 13mm bolt under the air filter and one short 11mm bolt on the left hand side of the housing. Once the housing is off the mower engine turn it up side down and remove the plastic cover with a flat screw driver, but ensure you do not let a coil spring jump out!!!! In the middle of the coil spring there is a bolt a size 10mm loosen the bolt holding the coil spring in place. do not fully unscrew the bolt then turn the inner black housing the pull cord will retract turn till the cord is 100% winded up and the pull cord handle is at the original position retracted in 100% then fasten the 10mm centre blot, and place the plastic cover back in place and bolt the housing back to the mower engine. hope this works????
