hi there i have a laminator ultima 65 and the grey roller the top one has broken of i purchused a new one but dont know how to put it on can you heeelp

did it come out of place? the pull rollers cap head allen screws frequently come loose, and the rollers move out of place. loosen the spring tension on the end thats loose and reinsert and tighten the cap head allen screws. you will need a metric allen wrench set to do this. I service these machines for a living and have never needed to replace the grey pull rollers.
