GBC Ultima 65 laminator roller not heating?

Hi, we have a GBC Ultima 65 laminator that is only getting hot enough to seal on the top roll. Bottom roller is not heating or sealing film.
Can you give me some suggestions on what is wrong?

hi I repair roll laminators in the western pennsylvania area as a indenpendent service company/

check voltage at the roll that isnt heating. compare with other roller.

The ultima 65 has heater lamps that fail. Unfortunately they cost around 200 dollares each and should be replaced in pairs. If one failed the remaing one will fail soon:(

the lamps can be easily removed for replacement. others have reported that if a lamp opens with zero resistance the break is normally at the end of the lamp. they have gently pulled the end wire out and had it spot welded back together.
