Mend Seal RL918 Laminator Motor Rollers

How can I mend my Seal RL918 Lamination machine?

I have a seal RL918 laminator. The Lamination sheets got jammed and stalled out the motor, which caused the fuse to blow in the power supply. I replaced the fuse but rollers won't turn. If I remove the drive chain the motor runs fine. The voltages going to the motor are not stable. Jumps up and down.

If the motor is turning freely, so long as it is actually capable of delivering enough torque, that suggests something in the drive train might be seized or otherwise blocked or stiff.

Try working through the mechanical drive path, trying to move things by hand and see if you can isolate what it is that is baulking.
