Mend Heat Surge ADL-2000M-X Thermostat Heater Repair

how to obtain parts ?

I have a Heat Surge Modle ADL-2000M-X, I am a Repair Technician use to be with Sears and Wards. I know what the problem is but Heat Surge wants people to replace Fireplace Heater and install it in the wood frame. They do not want to sell partts and it is made in USA. I can not find Manufactor on unit just modle number. The Thermo Fuse and Thermostat is bad and no part Number on part.
