Amish heater problems?

I have a model X5 heater that turns off then I hit the reset button and nothing happens. I unplug the power cord for a few minutes and then plug it back. I hit the reset button again and it starts working. I had a vendor replace the fan and that didn't help. If I run it on low it will run OK but when I run it on high it will turn off

mish heater problems?
I have an Heat Surge heater that runs fine for 5 minutes than shuts down, Heat, fan and lights all go off. However, the control lights stay on. Shut it off for 10 minutes, and it comes back on for 5 more minutes. I tried the tip-switch reset, but nothing. I checked the amp draw while running and it stays at a steady 11.5 amps until it shuts off. It has the reset at top rear, but that doesn't trip. Whatever it is has an automatic reset. Help
