Mend GBC 4250 Power Worked Time

GBC 4250 laminator?

The green power light does not come on. Any suggestions? Worked last time it was used and has been sitting on a shelf for a couple years.

Put a brand new fuse in. So that's not it.

I am a independent servicer of these machines, have been servicing machines since 1975

there are interlock switches on the clear plastic cover, which must be shut, and on the feed tray, it engages a pin on the left front side of the machine. most but not all 4250 have both of these switches. either can prevent the machine from operating
