oven not coming on?

i tried to use the auto timer for the oven for the first time and it worked to the timer but there was no heat in either oven top or bottom therefore food not cooked but the bell went off to say the time had ended
i followed the manuel when there was no heat at the end of timed cooking i tried to cook on manual heat
neither top oven or bottom oven is heating up now
manual suggested to turn off power supply to disable auto mode zero everything and this didn't work either it did warm the grill slightly i realy need some help
