WM5120W Beko washing machine - clothes dont smell of softener?
After the wash has completed, the clothes come out of the machine clean but dont smell of the conditioner. I have a feeling it is being released too early?..
Thanks for the advice, although I have tried boil washes, Ive even done a wash and then added softener and done a rinse but just not working! Should have read the reviews first before I bought it!......you def. get what you pay for unfortunatley. The inlet valve suggestion though, I will look into - thanks :-)

do several boil wash programs to help clean the machine internally.where you put the conditioner DO NOT fill it so high.just put enough to colour the bottom of the conditioner compartment.Only other thing would be a faulty inlet valve but try the above 1st
