Mend Beko WMA765S Machine Stays Drawer

Ihaveabeko washing machine silver, model no above, the fabric softener will not go into the washing it just stays in drawer, washing is clean and tabletas are working but cant get washing to smell nice, ive cleaned drawer and cyphon but nothing happening - can someone help me sort this out please??
