Beko wm74145?

Is it a fuse that blows? The one in the plug? Or is it the one in your fusebox? Or is it that there's a circuit breaker in your fusebox that has tripped? If so, which one - the overload breaker for that circuit (usually a module about 20mm wide with a switch you push up to reset) or the earth leakage breaker (usually a module about 40mm wide, with a switch and a "Test" button on the front.
Which is it?
