blocked up fabric conditioner draw??

please can you hlep for some reason my washing machine does nto seem to be taking the fabric conditioner latley, I use liquid soap and it takes that and washed my clothes but the fabric conditioner small tray is full and it dosent seem to be taking it to the drum, my clothes do not smell of it at all, the draw when I take it out to clean is back underneath I do clean the draws entiery and the part inside the wahsing machine I can see but I am unsure if the pipe is blocked and don’t know how to clean this please??
