Mend Hotpoint Smell Coming Apart

mould smell in washing machine:hotpoint?

there is a damp,mould smell coming from my washing machine.We have tried everything including taking it apart, looking in the drains,boil washing to try and clean the system and even adding vinegar.I am at a loss i cant wash any clothes as they all smell when i have done so this has only occured within the past 5 days.please help

Hello Amy,
If you have washed the machine through throughly and checked everything then the chances are the smell is coming from the drain, if you have the outlet hose connected to the sink u bend, I would suggest you take that off and check it.
