how can i fix my bosch classixx condenser dryer?

water is not collecting in the water draw and is leaking from under the front of the machine.I have cleaned the big filter at the bottom and have checked the black rubber hose that runs from the bottom into the water draw for blockages,that was fine.Please could you help me.
