Mend Bosch Classixx Condenser Dryer

How can I fix my Bosch Classixx condenser dryer?

The 'container' red light comes on, about 30 seconds after starting to tumble. So it stops. There is no water in the collection tub. I have accessed the red button and pressed it, but it hasn't resolved the problem. Anyone got any other ideas??

The problem will be in the sump of the machine, the pump is not pumping the water up to the collector box. Probably just fluff blockage but is difficult to access. Most likely need an engineer to fix.
