how can i fix my bosch classixx condenser tumble dryer?

My Bosch classixx condenser tumble dryer constantly has the empty container light on. The dryer is not getting hot.

Hi wendy,

Me too. Light comes on after a few minutes and dryer not getting hot. It worked fine yesterday. I've cleaned out the filter in the door and the condensor 'element' behind the removable panel at the bottom front. The water container is empty. HEEELP!!!
