Right, for a start your model no is 79161. Next, if you could have been bothered to look on the internet, you, like myself would have found sites that sell spare parts for storage heaters. And finally, you won't get an isulation panel for your heater as no one seems to stock that item, unless you would like to look for yourself, if you have the time that is!
