Mend Creda 79161 Heater Working Turned

How can I fix my creda storage heater 79161? ?

I have been using it over 15 years and suddenly does not working last autumn when I turned on after I haven't used for several months during the summer. I have got two more smaller sizes and they are working fine.
Can anyone had same the problem and resolved it before? Tell me what kind of things I need to do or change any parts?
