AFTER REPLACING WHAT SEEMED LIKE A BLOWN OVEN HEATER ELEMENT,THE OVEN IS PRODUCING TOO MUCH HEAT NOW & THE OVEN LIGHT ON THE CONTROL PANEL DOES'NT GO OUT.IS THIS A THERMASTAT PROBLEM?
