nrg extreme 50cc wont start?

i had to remove to manifold to replace but now back together it wont start off the button and the kick is stuck as in wont move to kick at all, have i done summat as all i did was swop like for like.
should i have set the summat up in a certain way, no conpression, starter ??????????????? ive no idea
