ok firstly you can ride it and it wont seize providing you put some 2 stroke oil in the petrol tank, try to work out how many litres of fuel you have in the tank then add 25ml of 2 stroke oil per litre of petrol.give it a good shake so the oil and petrol mix up.then i would suggest cleaning the whole area that is covered with oil and anywhere that you suspect the oil from leaking from with a good degreaser like GUNK or just use brake cleaner or even clean petrol, once its clean and dry run the engine and see if you can see where its coming from you wont have to ride it.i can tell you thats its common for the smaller of the oil pipes on the oil pump(the one that feeds the engine)has a tendency to rub on the outer part of the variator where the teeth are and this cuts the pipe.theres not alot to the 2 stroke oil system.oil tank/oil pipe/oil pump/small engine oil feed and the carb where the pipe fits on it.do as i ahve said above and have a really good look with a torch for the leak sometimes checking it when its dark with a torch can be easier to stop light pollution interfering with tracking the leak down.good luck
