nrg mc3 really slow?

i thaught petrol will only go to the carb wen its running but it was all switched off and coming through the carb till my tank was almost empty (do u rekon the fuel tap is stuck open)how do i sort it wen i change my jet

Yes put the bigger jet in maybe a size 65, you can try different sizes up to a say a 70 to see if it improves performance but you'll probably have to use a race air filter as well if you go that big.
If you're taking the petrol tube off the carb, you shouldn't be losing that much fuel as the engine only draws fuel from the tank when the bike is running. Clamp up the tube when it's off the carb to stop you losing all your juice.
I'm not a 100% what make & size carb is in your ped, compare it to your mate's bike. You should get that info in the manual or download it for free from the Carl Salter website.

also it revs at 9,000 rpm with is exactly the same as my mates did but dont move as well

my mate said he put a 64 jet in i looked at mine and its a 60 and we both got standard air box/filter should i put a 64 in as well wen i got my carb off it just let petrol piss out unless i put it upside down(now i got to fill the tank up again) i think the carbs are both 12mm but not sure how do we find out(his says weber on black choke thing and dellorto pvha 12 on the carb) THANK U FOR ANSWERING

Did you up-jet the carburettor for the race exhaust? Ask your mate what carb & air filter set-up he was using to be able to hit 60mph.
Sounds like your ped is burning too weak & it's just getting bogged down with the replacement exhaust.
