Mend JVC LT-23X475 Tv If Power

Can I fix my TV if it has no power at all? ?

I have a JVC LT-23X475 Flat screen LCD TV thats about 4 years old. It was working fine until a storm and the power surged. Even though the TV was connected to a surge protector along with other electronics. The TV will not work anymore at all. How can I fix it? Or, can I?

its not a case of no power the fans on the back are running got a green light on all the time but no screen can anyone help me on this fault as i cant work it out
