Mend Samsung UN55TU5500 Stuck Set Up Mode

Stuck in set up mode ?

My samsung smart tv 5500 is stuck at level 7 in set up mode. Samsung said too turn it off for 24 hours and see if it resets or return it. Only the power button and the volume work. It's just out of the box.

As "It's just out of the box." go no further with it. Box it up and take it back for a refund.

The box is clearly faulty and so, assuming that you are in the UK, you are entitled to a refund with with no further questions asked.
