Monitor the PSU output voltages from power-up to establish if a rail is going down. A series low value resistor should guide you as to whether it's the PSU or a load problem like a 'lytic on the main board.
My supply is awaiting parts and I don't have a schematic, so I can't be more specific.

eBay may well have one of the above with a broken screen that you could get for peanuts. Also the Bush and SENS models *seem* to be identical, so could be a source of a main board if that's the problem.
If the worst comes to the worst, sell it (or just the screen) on eBay and recoup a good chunk of what you paid.
