How can i fix my HDTV ilo?

I have a 32 inch ILO HDTV Flat screen. It will not go on. When i press the power button, (on the tv or remote) the red standby button on the tv blinks once and just goes back to red as if i never tried to turn it on. What is wrong with my tv? Please help....

my best advice is to just come to terms with it and toss it... you cant get parts for ilo repair from company is shoddy and they are as we are now being told by wal-mart 'Disposable' T.V.'s
