Bush 22 dvdtv?

If there is a loss of power to the tv,either a power cut or just unplugging, the set will not turn back on when power is restored.I can resolve this by unplugging the set and periodically trying to switch it back on.This can take some time.The shortest time 3days longest 14.Is there a quicker solution?
