Mend Peugeot 206 Start Replaced

Wont start peugeot 206?

I have a petrol 2005 1.1 zest that refuses to start i have replaced the plugs and checked for a good spark OK. I have checked for compressions and the cam belt is operating the valves. It pops back in the air cleaner as though the igntion timing is out? Have you any ideas what might be wrong.

Peugeot Peugeot 206 Vehicles, Cars Start Peugeot Replaced

Sounds like the cambelt may have jumped a tooth putting cam/crank timing out

check all your injector electrical connections for corrosion causing a short on injection timing just unplug them and look for rust if there is try to clean them with soft wire brush and spray wd 40 in them
