electronic immobilser (peugeot 406)?

thank you to the kind person that replied to my problem question ( the person called ME) 1, first of all the AUTO DIOGNOSTIC,S GUY replaced my key phob and coded that in . 2, that did not help so we replaced the TRANSPONDER AERIAL ,that did not help .3, was the com 2000 brand new and fitted . he set every thing up again with is laptop . the key light was coming on ,but every 3 or 4 turns of the key it went out and engine would start . but when engine was stopped it would not start again . IT WAS A HIT OR MISS SITUATION . 4, he said it had to be bsi ,so i bought and replaced that . Finally everything put back up the laptop asked for VIN number and he set uo all the spec for the car , turned the key and key light on , and would only start now again . The key dose not open the doors , the car wont start and he just gave up on the car ,said there was nothing else he could do for me . and now i am lots of money down and a car that wont start ?
