How to fix my 206 HDI 2L Turbo 2005?

Hi
Strange stuff ok now its running again i start when i turned the key put pedal to the medal that the turbo kicks in not hold it it there now its running grate except the auto fan don't kick in and a have already replaced the fan switch and check the fuses and replaced the thernostat this is a strange car but i care so much for it, Is there a way that i can really reset the ECU without a machine because here by us its madness what they ask
