peugeot 306d late1997 wont start?

Hello... well I'm sure this is not unheard of...

day one: turns over fine but wont start, got it going by pointing it downhill and bleeding, replaced fuel pipe from primer bulb to filter house and primer bulb, replaced diesel return pipes from injectors to pump
day two: wont start, got it going by bleeding to injectors on starter motor. Noticed that glow plug light coming on for about 1/10th second, replaced glow plug relay.
day three: wont start, got it going as before plus jump lead from battery+ to glow plug rail
day four: no glow plug light, bleed to injectors fuel present, jump to glow plug... sounds like no fuel, small amount of white smoke from tail. Cant get it started...

bocsh pump, keyfob immobiliser...(keyfob main switch well broken ever since I had the car, never able to use it )
any suggestions would be gratefully recieved...
