I have a TUD5 Diesel 106 (1995)
Replaced the glow plugs, replaced the pre-heater unit,
sprayed easy start up the air-pipe. No go !
Engine turns over but won't fire.
What's next? I ain't no machanic, but I'll have a go.
check the stop solenoid on the injector pump, there's a wire going to it so it shouldn't be hard to find. it may need a clean or replaced, if it's sticking.
