Jura X5 does not power off properly? It will go through a “laboured” rinse process. Then remains on. Pushing power button manually then immediately turns off without rinsing.
The process to shutdown sounds much laboured. i.e. at the end of the rinse it sounds like a solenoid is still trying to do something but is struggling. This laboured solenoid sound lasts for 5 to 10 seconds at the end and then as mentioned the machine is still powered on. Hit the on/off button and the machine immediately turns off, no attempt to rinse as I guess it knows it has produced no coffees since the last rinse? Any advice greatly appreciated.
