Mend Indesit WD12 Washer Timer Power

Indesit washer dryer wd12 timer turning?

After a power failure the machine will fill and turn in wash setting. It then gives a low hum and the timer starts turning and that is how it stays. Tried resetting. Out there in the ether is their anyone who can help
