How can I fix a Jura Impressa S70 coffee machine pls?

Instead of coming out the spout into the cup, the coffee is being diverted into the coffee grinds waste container. Tried turning the grinder in case foreign object stuck, but no joy. Be grateful for any advice, many thanks.
