how do u take the machine appart as we hav the same error no 6. we cannot get the top off. we hav taken all the screws out that is visable

Ian at Jura is quite correct The error code you have is normally relating to the rotary valve not working correctly. If you struggle to get hold of Jura's service department you could try this website - www.aiee.org.uk

The error code you have is relating to the rotary valve not initialising correctly. If powering the machine down and up again to allow the valve to try and re-initialise hasn't worked then you will most probably require a replacement part.
I would suggest calling the Jura After Sales Service on 08704-810049. They will be able to assist you.
