The bean grinder on a Jura Impressa F50?

The bean grinder has stopped working on my machine. When you push the button nothing happens, I guess the motor has failed?
Does anyone know how to get into the machine as it looks like a special typ of allen key is required?

The same thing happened with mine and it cost a total of £190 for the repair, postage, VAT & parts. Not very impressive when the machine was only just out of warranty.
