Where do i go to get my Plasma regassed?

I have a Philips 52 inch plasma, and when we came back off holiday and turned the tv on the picture is completely distorted. The sound is perfect but the picture is all blacked. You can make out what program is on? The tv is only 19 mts old and am wondering if it needs to be regassed and if so where do i go to get this done.. I have had plasma's since they came out and i have never had this trouble with any of them. Is it just Philips?
