Philips 30PW850h37a - Will not turn on?

Watched TV last night and then turned it off, went to turn it on today and nothing happens....acts like it is not getting power so I check all the plugs (OK) and even plugged it into a different outlet, still NOTHING.....HELP!!! I need my HDTV :)
