Mend Simpson 550 Washing Machine Power Top Loader

How can I fix my Simpson esprit 550?

Won't turn on. Stopped working for no reason. I've tried plugging the power cord into different power points and still won't turn on. Cord is not damaged. Everything still connected. It's a top loader. Turning the dial normally turns it on but hasn't worked for over a week now! Please help me!

You have to turn the dial & then pull it out to make it go. If it still won't go it may be the lid switch it can go out of adjustment. It has an adjustment screw on it. Try pressing down hard on the lid after pulling the timer knob out. If it starts then it will be the switch needing adjustment
