Take the back panel off the machine. Look for the rubber tubing going from the lower part of the plastic drum, up to the control panel. It is on the right hand side when you are looking at it from the back of machine. Inspect the rubber tubing closely for any holes, cracks, splits or perishing. Quite often they will rub on the cabinet and wear a hole in it. As the bowl fills the water pushes air up the tube. The increase in air pressure activates a pressure sensor which tells the machine when it is at the correct level. If the air can escape the air pressure will not work.
