the alarm appears to be working correctly only does not sound if any sensor activated. enter code to set alarm, exit tone sounds for 10 min (approx) when re-entering home entry tone sounds if i enter code, alarm turns off, if i do not enter code and allow entry delay to exspire, nothing happens...... no alarm sounding as it should
Can someone please help for some reason everytime someone walks past the sensor In my landing the control panel beeps and the light comes on zone 4 if I press reset the light goes out but as soon as someone walks past the sensor it beeps again it's driving me

try powering down the panel and powering back up i have done this in the past and it has been succesfull turn your fuse box off and open the panel the alarm may sound dissconnect the battery and then power up again by battery first it will go off enter your code then screw back on the lid the tamper light will be flashing press reset then put the mains back on then test it see if it sets and see if it goes off

yes everything seems to be working ok when i take a sensor cover off the tamper sets the alarm off

ohh i now get it lol sorry ken i just didnt really understand what you ment at first well when you walk near a sensor are they lighting up ?
