gardtec 500 alarm?

Every time i pass a sensor or open the front door my alarm beeps, this is very anoying.how can i rectify this fault.this has only started the last 2 months,and has been working fine up till then.

If you don't know how:

Enter your code

Press no

Screen should flash Ch

Press no followed by zero twice to return to Un (Unset),

Note: this procedure will turn off all programmed zones eg entry exit chime as well.
