Mend Necchi 150 Problem Working Fine

Necchi 150 overlocker - looper problem?

Machine was working fine, then got noisy as though something was catching. Changed needles, rethreaded etc, but worse - needles catching on left (lower looper). New needles again, adjusted looper slightly, not catching now but threads wont 'knit'. Unsure if it's timing that's out (if so how do I fix this?) or looper damaged from needles hitting.

Help please?
