Mend Necchi Skipping Stitches Machine

necchi overlocker skipping stitches?

can anyone tell me what is wrong with my necchi overlock machine, it keeps skipping stitches, not stitching the first two rows and generally untidy stitching. I have repaced the needles twice with new ones and rethreaded the machine numerous imes but nothing seems to make any difference, has anyone any ideas i could try before it has to go in the shop
