this is a brand new machine read all details.only throuble is the foot lever that holds materal in place does not go down and the black lever does nothing what am i missingread the book it tells me nothing is it broken befor i even start
Ch on the top of the needle chances are the presser bar is just stuck, a bit of WD40 on the top of the needle bar so it runs down should do the trick, leave it overnight.
