Mend EM-190 Model Board Out

model EM -190 TFT 900 BOARD BURN OUT?

after dismantling my 19inch monitor to find problem why wont switch on ! found that cicuit board has blown one of the chips circuits has fried, the monitor is in real good condition.
What im trying to find is a new board for the monitor.
anyone out there can give me any ideas apart from buying a new monitor to where i can get one from
