Mend Kenmore 665.16462300 Model Wont Start

My kenmore elite model 665.16462300 won't start?

My dishwasher (kenmore elite model 665.16462300) will not start any cycle. I checked all the switches and fuses and they tested ok. When I push a cycle button it lites up. I push the start button nothing happens then the lights on the cycle button switch off after about 20 sec.. I have no flashing lites and the lock out lite isn't on. I read all the post with related problems and tried there fixes but so far nothing has worked. Control board seems to be my other option.

I replaced the valve thinking that was my problem but it did not work. No water entering dishwasher to begin cycle.

On my dishwasher the first thing to happen is that water is let in - I can just hear it.

Do you hear water entering your machine ? - if not your inlet valve might be defective.
