Mend Electrolux 14440w Washing Machine Circuit Board Engineer

Electrolux 14440w.Brand new same problem!?

After calling out an engineer and being told it must be the circuit board that needed replacing after 3 years,we replaced it with the same model only to find after installing it that on every programme it clicks on for a few seconds and stops!I am awaiting an engineer!
I was beginning to doubt that the problem was the machine!but it clearly is!

plug it in somewhere else
is the water on?.Just because the top of the tap turns doesn't mean the shaft does underneath.
Have you connected it to a spigot under the sink?.Has the blanking cap been removed or is it blocked??.
