Dishwasher?

I have a Necht dishwasher which has worked perfectly for the last 2 years. However, now the setting button which picks what cycle wash the dishwasher should be put on is no longer working. Need to get the button replaced, the one & off button is working fine. Any suggestions??? I have a called a local electrical guy who has never even heard of Necht which is quite worrying!
